ART ONLY

If you are interested in buying only the art, you should know that the number of layers that the model has will influence the range of movement that it will have.

RIGGING

The "Rigging" is a technique that we use in the animation of the models to give them structure and movement determined by means of parameters. This is what allows you to control the character to mimic your facial movements when using a webcam or set keys for some expressions.

COSTUME EXPRESSIONS

TERMS OF SERVICE

BEFORE START:-The project will not start until:A) the client pays 50% of the total project in advance in case of “Art + Rigging”. The remaining 50% must be paid at the time the sketch is approved.B) the client pays 100% of the total project in case of "Rigging Only".If throughout the project you want to add "costume expressions" you must pay the extra cost of these within 3 business days so that they are considered in the production of the project.C) the client pays 50% of the total project in advance in case of including "Art Only". The remaining 50% must be paid at the time the sketch is approved.Non-refundable payment of "50% in advance" from the moment I receive the transfer since I start working on your project in that exact moment.-If the client does not make the additional payments mentioned as "the remaining 50%" 5 business days after having approved the sketch, I reserve the right to cancel the project and retain full rights over it.-If for any reason the client decides to cancel the project before this is finished, the client voluntarily agrees to quit/give up their rights contributed in the creation of the character design (fonts or images provided, descriptions or appearance of the character, etc). In addition, no refunds of previous payments will be made and I will keep all the progress made so far as my exclusive property (character design, art, rigging, etc) without seeing myself in the obligation to deliver those advances to the client in digital form as a penalty due to cancellation of the project.-I keep the exclusive copyright on the work done to the client for which he has paid.-The client declares to be of legal age at the time of requesting the commission.-It is the sole responsibility of the client to know the terms of service policies of the platform they use, and, therefore, in which they are going to make use of the character of the commission. It is not my responsibility if the platform rejects or penalizes the client for the use of the character.-If the client is interested in using the project for commercial purposes, such as: merchandising, it is his sole responsibility to notify me in advance of this. I do not allow my clients to use my designs and work for commercial use of any kind without first paying the client for those rights which it will have an extra cost.- The client must provide me with the credits for the project on social networks or the platforms in which they decide to use the character. The artist (Tori) will also provide credit to the client for the project when I uses the image on different platforms and formats.-The client must not: edit, copy, modify the work done after delivery.-I don't draw: NSFW (not safe for work), gore, mechas.-My exclusive character style is ANIME STYLE, I don't do semi-realism, realism, cartoons, etc.-I reserve the right to reject any project that does not comply with the previously mentioned working conditions.

DURING THE PROJECT:-The client must and agrees to provide and a source of different references about the character to be illustrated that are clear and precise (multiple images, personality and physical description, at least one base color to work on the color palette). NON-EXCLUDING REQUIREMENT.-The delivery time of the project will depend on the difficulty of the work classified as follows:I.- 1 week and 5 days MAXIMUM to define and approve a sketch of the character. If the sketch is approved earlier, the project will start sooner.II.- Acording to "only art" or "only rigging":

If you are interested in commissioning Art + Rigging, you must add the amount of time according to the options you chose at the time of payment.Ex:Commission: Chibi model + basic movement (1 week) + Medium Rigging (3 weeks) + 1 week and 5 days for sketch approval.Final delivery date: 1 month and 1 week and 5 days later.(These times may be reduced depending on the constancy of communication between client and artist, artist working time, client response time, etc. But they won't be able to spread)(You can find the cost of the above seen in the table in the “prices” section.)-I will notify 4 times the progress of the project within the week and 5 days that it will take to reach the final sketch.-Throughout the creation of the character design, the client will be able to make four revisions where he will comment and propose changes to the design if it does not satisfy him at no cost. If you want to make more changes, these will have an extra cost of 27 usd for each extra or late revision.-The client must be aware of any notification from the artist for a review of the project. The artist will wait 2 days for a feedback on the progress made. If the client has not responded within said time, the artist will continue with the project without this and without taking charge of the client's dissatisfaction.-Once the basic sketch is approved, the client will not be able to make any changes to the character, but he will only be able to add "costume expressions" with the corresponding extra charge that these have and are mentioned in the "prices" section. Extra charge must be paid within 3 business days to be considered part of the project, if this extra cost is not paid within the stipulated date, said "costume expressions" will not be considered in the project and the client will not be able to claim for it.-I reserve the right to publicly use the process of my projects on different platforms and formats. If the client wants the commission to be kept private, they must notify it and the privacy will be maintained until the client makes the first use of the character on any platform. After that, the artist will be able to publish details of the process.

It is the customer's full responsibility to calculate the currency conversion. If for any reason I decide to cancel the project, as long as the work has not started, I must reimburse the client for the amount that he is paid at the beginning of the project.-The transfer fees charged by Paypal and banks must be paid by the customer and will be added to the total of his order as an "extra transfer fee". Creating VTubers is a huge artistic process, everyone is different which is why I take my time with each model I make, working with varying levels of difficulty and budgets. Attention to detail and organization are key to maintaining a good structure and final result.

EMOTES

Emotes were my first experience in the art world and with clients. I have a wide range of pre-made bases to choose from and deliver static or animated work. My drawing style is still chibi, but with more detailed art, focusing mainly on hair and skin.
